ScriptForge AI, operated by Haven Command LLC doing business as Script Forge AI, uses AI models to help generate, rewrite, analyze, organize, and production-plan creative material. The product is designed to keep the writer in control through editable blueprints, page prompts, script sections, writers room notes, suggestions, and export tools.
We Do Not Train Models On Your Work
Your project content is sent to the AI provider only to generate the response you asked for. ScriptForge itself does not use your prompts or project content to train or fine-tune any AI model. Whether a third-party model provider retains or trains on data you send through their API is governed by that provider's own terms, not by us — see Model Providers below.
Human Review Required
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, stylistically wrong, derivative-sounding, or legally risky. Review and revise all output before using it professionally, publishing it, or relying on it as final.
Rights And Originality
You are responsible for ensuring that your work does not infringe the rights of others and that you have permission to upload or process any source material. AI models can occasionally produce text that resembles existing copyrighted work; ScriptForge does not warrant that any AI output is free of third-party rights, and you should apply your own judgment and, where the stakes are high, professional review before relying on it.
Model Providers
Depending on your settings, ScriptForge sends prompts to a shared DeepSeek key by default, or to a provider you configure yourself if your plan supports custom API keys, such as Anthropic. Provider-side data handling, retention, and training policies are governed by that provider's own terms, not by ScriptForge.
Authorship, Credit, And Guild Notice
ScriptForge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a signatory of the Writers Guild of America or any other guild or union, and using AI assistance does not by itself satisfy or violate any guild, union, studio, or financier rule. Determining how to credit or disclose AI assistance under any agreement that applies to your specific project is your responsibility.
Creative Position
ScriptForge is built to feel like a screenplay editor with an AI writers room built in: an assistant for structure, continuity, voice, formatting, and production thinking, not a replacement for the writer's taste, judgment, or authorship.
