Refund Policy

ScriptForge AI is in private pre-launch testing. Paid plans and paid usage should not be considered publicly available until billing is fully enabled and the owner announces launch.

Subscriptions

When subscriptions are enabled, users should be able to cancel future renewals through the cancellation page or billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals only. It does not provide a prorated refund or partial-month credit. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, then the account reverts to the Free plan unless the subscription is restarted before the cancellation date.

ScriptForge does not offer refunds for voluntary subscription cancellation, unused time in a billing period, change-of-mind requests, or cancellation after paid access has started. Cancellation only stops future charges after the current period completes.

Billing mistakes, duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, or any non-waivable consumer rights required by law may still be handled as required.

Usage-Based Credits

Pay-per-use credits, AI requests, exports, and paid feature usage are non-refundable because they can create provider costs when used.

Themes And One-Time Purchases

Theme purchases, founding-supporter purchases, and other one-time digital purchases are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.

Launch Offers

Waitlist users are intended to receive one free week of the first paid tier at public launch. Details may change before public release.
