Refund Policy

ScriptForge AI is operated by Haven Command LLC, doing business as Script Forge AI.

Subscriptions: Cancel Anytime, No Refunds

You can cancel future renewals at any time through the cancellation page or billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges only — it does not create a prorated refund or partial-month credit. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period you already paid for, and the account then reverts to the Free plan unless the subscription is restarted before the cancellation date.

ScriptForge does not offer refunds for voluntary subscription cancellation, unused time in a billing period, change-of-mind requests, or cancellation after paid access has started. This applies to monthly and annual plans alike.

Usage-Based Credits And AI Requests

Pay-per-use credits, AI generation requests, exports, and paid feature usage are non-refundable once used, because they carry a real provider cost to us at the time you use them.

Themes And One-Time Purchases

Theme purchases, founding-supporter purchases, and other one-time digital purchases are non-refundable once purchased.

Billing Mistakes And Unauthorized Charges

This no-refund policy does not apply to genuine billing errors. If you were charged twice for the same period, charged after a cancellation that should have taken effect, or charged without authorization, contact us and we will investigate and correct it. Any consumer protection right that cannot be waived under applicable law is honored regardless of the policy above.
