Terms of Service

Last updated August 5, 2026. This is a plain-language, best-effort policy prepared without a retained attorney; it is not a substitute for individualized legal advice. © 2026 Haven Command LLC.

1. Who You're Contracting With

ScriptForge AI ("ScriptForge," "we," "us," "our") is a product operated by Haven Command LLC, a California limited liability company, doing business as Script Forge AI. References to "ScriptForge" throughout these Terms and our other legal pages mean Haven Command LLC acting under that trade name. Haven Command LLC is the entity you are contracting with, the entity that bills you, and the entity responsible for the service.

By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using ScriptForge, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our AI Disclosure, and our Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. ScriptForge is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. During private testing, only approved admin/tester accounts may access the app; other signups are placed on the waitlist. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, abuse, attempts to bypass usage limits, fraud, or activity that risks the stability or security of the service.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use ScriptForge to generate or distribute unlawful content, content that infringes another party's intellectual property, malware, or material intended to harass, defraud, or endanger others. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent the security, rate limits, or plan restrictions of the service.

5. Your Creative Work And Ownership

You own the scripts, treatments, outlines, and other material you create with ScriptForge, subject to the rights of any underlying material you did not create yourself. We do not claim ownership over your projects. You are responsible for the projects you create, upload, edit, export, or publish, including confirming rights, permissions, factual claims, credits, and clearance concerns before production or distribution.

ScriptForge is a writing and planning tool, not a co-author for legal or credit purposes. It is your responsibility to determine how AI assistance should be disclosed or credited under any guild, union, publisher, financier, or platform rules that apply to your project.

6. AI-Generated Output

ScriptForge uses third-party AI models to help generate, rewrite, analyze, and organize material. AI output can be wrong, repetitive, derivative-sounding, or unsuitable for professional use without revision. Review and revise all AI output before relying on it, publishing it, or submitting it professionally. See our AI Disclosure for details on how AI is used and which providers may process your content.

7. WGA, Guild, And Union Notice

ScriptForge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a signatory of the Writers Guild of America or any other guild or union. We make no representation about whether use of AI-assisted tools complies with any guild, union, studio, or financier agreement that may apply to you or your project. If you are covered by a guild or union agreement, confirm your own compliance obligations before using AI assistance on covered work.

8. Plans, Usage Limits, And Your Own API Keys

Free and paid plans include request, token, feature, export, and shared-API-key limits that may change as pricing, model costs, and product capabilities evolve. Connecting your own AI provider API key is a paid-plan feature; if you provide your own key, your use of that provider is also governed by that provider's own terms, and provider outages or policy changes are outside our control.

9. Billing, Cancellation, And No-Refund Policy

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation is available through the cancellation page or billing portal and stops future renewals only; it does not create a prorated refund or partial-month credit. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, then the account reverts to the Free plan unless the subscription is restarted before the cancellation date.

ScriptForge does not offer refunds for voluntary subscription cancellation, unused time in a billing period, AI usage, exports, credits, annual plans, one-time theme purchases, founding-supporter purchases, or change-of-mind requests. Billing mistakes, duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, or any non-waivable consumer rights required by law are still handled as required — see our Refund Policy for the full policy and how to reach us about a billing issue.

10. Community Forum

The ScriptForge forum is open for anyone to read. Posting requires a signed-in account, including Free plan accounts. Advertising, spam, paid backlink posts, casting scams, adult-services promotion, crypto promotion, and self-promotion outside approved threads are not allowed. Duplicate flooding results in a warning, then removal of the duplicates and a temporary posting suspension; suspended accounts can still read the forum. Moderators may hide or remove comments that violate these rules.

11. No Professional Advice

ScriptForge may produce production, budget, legal, business, or creative suggestions, but that output is informational only and not professional advice. Consult a qualified attorney, accountant, or industry professional when appropriate.

12. Availability And Changes

We aim to keep ScriptForge available, but the product may have bugs, downtime, data-model changes, and incomplete features, particularly before and shortly after public launch. Keep your own backups of important work. We may update features, plans, and pricing over time; material changes to paid plans will be reflected on the pricing page.

13. Disclaimer Of Warranties

ScriptForge is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haven Command LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of ScriptForge. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Haven Command LLC harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your content, your use of ScriptForge in violation of these Terms, or your violation of another party's rights.

16. Termination

You may stop using ScriptForge and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, billing history, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fresno County, California.

18. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of ScriptForge after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
